Can’t say when I started photography… When I was child my dad had canon SLR T20 … I didn’t knew anything about photography, only thing was I loved taking photo… My 1st personal camera was Sony cybershot P150.. The best thing about that cam was it had manual mode… though with many limitation… but it was enough to understand working of camera…. After I started working I bought SLR Nikon D5000 … and feel in love with it… I could do every experiment I thought of which I could not do on my point and shoot… First I use to jus take photos but after this I started understanding photography… Recently I have switched to full frame Nikon D600… and it’s awesome….
Talking about photography… I have just started learning photography… there is so much to explore in it… How much u learn it’s always less… I always say this I am gud photographer coz I am gud engineer… coz I know wat physics , mathematics and electronics is going inside camera…. I believe m technically strong and weak at composition… need to learn a lot about it…. Due to by profession I get to travel a lot and some gorgeous place around world …. So get lots of chance to do Cityscape … And back at home my hometown have sea on one side and mountains on other , its awesome place for landscape… I love to capture rich colors of dawn and dusk when natural light is at its most special… and at Night when everyone sleep I travel to distinct place away from city to capture star trails and milky way…. I have tried wildlife , Portrait , street but never got gud result…. :P … Still I keep doing it so one day I will get better result…. …. I feel very strange when people say “ You don’t need gud equipment for photography but a gud eye “ …. Tell me how to capture startrails with mobile camera or bird with your kit lens… You need a gud eye to see thing but you need instrument to capture it…. For some type of photography it would be true… but not with the kind of photography I do, atleast a basic slr or point and shoot with manual control…… ;) …About editing, I don’t mind in editing.. I only believe that your end result should be gud… and that doesn’t mean I ignore thing during taking photos… coz u should know how to capture specific photo so u can edit in way u want…. ;) …
When it come to achievement I don’t have any big one… For me best feeling is when I meet someone unknown and when he say “your that Dhanraj wadiwala… I follow your photography.. It’s very gud… “…
